A few things to get you moving.
How much is an advert?
Private and trade adverts are free. Stock imports and the entire API are also free. Optional prominence will have its own stated price when available.
Can I enter car details manually?
Yes. A registration or VIN lookup is not required. Sign in, create a draft, add your details and photos, choose your contact method and submit for moderation.
How do buyers contact me?
You choose telephone, email or both. With email enquiries, the buyer’s message is relayed to you and your email address stays out of public listings and the car API.
How do I mark a car sold?
Open Your account and choose Mark sold on the advert. It stops appearing in active searches and stops accepting enquiries.
My dealer import has errors.
Preview the CSV in your dealer workspace. Each error identifies a row and the field to repair. A rejected file does not trigger missing-stock withdrawals.
How can I report an advert?
Use Report this advert on its detail page. You can report suspected scams, incorrect details, duplicates or a car that is already sold.
